2020 Jaida McCloud commits UIC

Baylor Youth Foundation Announcement: Jaida McCloud, a dynamic, 6’2, G/F is headed to University of Illinois Chicago (UIC).  Jaida will be a program changer . Jaida is a very unique player with her height is unstoppable, and also can play the 2-5 position. Jaida averaged a double double during our summer season.  She played two season with Baylor Youth and came back her final year with us stronger than ever.  Dominating  in every game this season. In addition to leading us to not only one but two National Exposure Championship in the Atlanta.

Jaida is an elite and next level player.  With her long wing span, great ball handling skills and shooting ability, she will shine in several positions on the collegiate floor. Can’t wait to see her new accomplishments in the Horizon League!

We are excited for her now  to be playing for Tasha Pointer, a Chicago native who has a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience to pour into Jaida.
