Baylor Youth’s Alumni Darrell Johnson -Big 12 Leadership Conference & Missionary trip to China

It only seemed like yesterday we were at the AAU National Super Showcase Championship. Darrell led his team to the finals at the  AAU National Showcase. Now, I am watching one of my prominent young men from our  program grow right before our eyes. We have had many young people that have come and gone from the program and have represented us well . Darrell Johnson who currently attends and plays for  Kansas State has been chosen to represent the Big 12 in the 2013 Leadership Conference is one of the biggest honors any student athlete can achieve .

Darrell along with his Kansas State teammates won the 2012 regular season championship.

Darrell is current a chemistry major and plans on attending medical school after his career. He just recently came back from a trip from China. they traveled 10 cities while on the trip. Darrell and some of his teammates attended a missionary trip with Reach USA to Glorify God through playing ball. They played basketball, signed autographs after the games and bible study each day.

It is so wonderful to see how God is working though our lives! We are so proud of Darrell!
