Lauren Dickerson is Mid-American Conference Freshman of the Year

Baylor Youth Foundation’s Lauren Dickerson started her first season out with a bang! She started 32 games as a freshman. She led with 16.3 points per game. She scored double digits in 27 out of 32 games.

Lauren had to deal with a torn ACL our last season of traveling basketball. She had ten offers before her injury. Many universities and colleges fell off of Lauren. Miami Ohio was the only school that continue to recruit her after her injury. They did not really understand what type of player that they were getting in Lauren. We will keep you update as this is only the beginning of her success. 2016-17 season.
